When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. MantaPay employs industry-standard security protocols, but the ultimate security of your account depends on your actions.
MantaPay requires strong authentication methods, including but not limited to passwords, biometric verification, and two-factor authentication. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach at security@mantapay.com.

MantaPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect suspicious activity, violations of these Terms, or if required by law or regulatory authorities. While we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you before such actions, immediate suspension may occur in cases of serious violations or security threats.
MantaPay facilitates electronic money transfers, payment processing, and financial account management in compliance with applicable regulations. Our Services enable you to send, receive, and manage payments across multiple currencies and payment methods.
By initiating a payment through our platform, you authorize MantaPay to process the transaction according to your instructions. You confirm that you're entitled to use the selected Payment Instrument and that sufficient funds are available.
Transactions are typically processed on Business Days, subject to verification requirements and system availability. International transfers may require additional processing time due to regulatory compliance checks and intermediary bank procedures.
Upon successful completion, you'll receive a transaction confirmation with a unique reference number. This confirmation serves as evidence of the executed payment and should be retained for your records.
MantaPay charges fees for specific services as outlined in our Price Offers. These may include transaction fees, currency conversion fees, subscription fees, or special service fees. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction. Fee structures may vary based on account type, transaction volume, and geographic location.
For disputes and refunds, you must submit requests within 30 days of the transaction date. All disputes are subject to investigation according to our Dispute Resolution Policy.
All content, graphics, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, and software associated with our Services are owned or licensed by MantaPay and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without our express written permission.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, you agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration administered by the Cyprian Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent breach of these Terms related to intellectual property rights or confidential information.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without MantaPay's prior written consent. MantaPay may assign these Terms to any successor entity resulting from a merger, acquisition, or reorganization.
MantaPay shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, or government actions.
